== Early life and education[edit source]

Mr. Mir Hashim Ali hails from the city of Nawab "Hyderabad", Telangana. He did his schooling at Nasr School, Hyderabad. After schooling, he did his Engineering at Muffakham Jah college (MJCET) with the mechanical branch. During his early college days, only he started working on his brand and by the time he finished it, he was not just an engineer but also the founder of a famous brand called SALONIK.IN. As per Mr. Ali, "I was not a very extraordinary student. Even I was the first in my family to fail in a few subjects in class 11th. But my biggest strength has always been the fact that I know my strengths and weaknesses very well and I work in accordance with them keeping my confidence on par."


Inspiration[edit source]

Mr.Hashim considers his father as the biggest source of inspiration behind his success. His father,Mr. Mir Hyder Ali, who is also the owner of "YAKUN" Marketing was already involved in the export and import business. His company is also the official partner of BHEL and from here only Mr. Hasim learned about the initials of the export and import business. "I started this business just to earn some pocket money. During the pandemic, my father gave me some Dates' packets and told me to sell them and keep the money as my pocket money.I sold them all and that's when I saw the potential of this business.I understood this law of demand and supply", says Mr.Ali. Apart from his father, he thanks his brother (Mrs. Aksar Ali), mother(Batool Fatima), sister (Tahira Fatima) for all the motivation and support behind this journey.He also gives special thanks to Shahar Bano for helping him overcoming all the negativies during this journey .

SALONIK.INĀ is a leading supplier of Premium quality of Saffron and Dates in India. The name SALONIK is derived from a Greek word which means 'light at the end of tunnel', which clearly emphasizes the aspirations of founder. The products are brought to India straight from the city of BAM, in IRAN and this whole supply is kept as transparent as possible in order to avoid any chances of adulteration or quality compromisation. Increasing number of consumers clearly shows how much satisfied they are with their products. When asked about other competitors in the Markets and strategy to deal with them, Mr. Ali confidently says , "We don't care about competitors

Currently they are using social media and online platforms to get orders from customers and supply their premium products throughout India at the most valid and reasonable price. Because of his hard work and understanding of business his company has already achieved a turnover of 7 cr/Annum.
